Founded by partners Andrew Skeoch and Nickolaos Kon, Fossil Landscapes is a boutique landscape design/build firm that is passionate about design and demands quality craftsmanship. Andrew and Nickolaos are the creative forces, project managers and lead craftsmen who see each garden through from beginning to end. It’s a personalized, hands-on approach that ensures you get the very best service and a beautiful garden that we love as much as you do.

10 STEPS TO A CUSTOM FOSSIL GARDEN

1.   First, you tell us about yourself and what you want your garden to be

2.   We ask you questions, walk through the space and make an initial recommendation

3.   Idea exchange (think about your budget)

4.   We present you with a preliminary design and estimate

5.   Idea exchange (determine your budget)

6.   We make refinements to the design, working within approved budget

7.   You sign-off on design, hardscape materials, plant list and budget

8.   We build your custom garden

9.   You sign-off on any design revisions that are made during the construction process – remember, changes will impact the budget.

10.   Enjoy your new garden!
